The exercise are short, 8-10 minutes, not enough to get you in a shape. Wanted to change them for longer, but there no such an option, even though on a beginning there were options on the exercises length. It’s gone after you pay. Second, exercises repeat every week, it will get boring repeating them all over and over and over again, plus what kind of improvement you can expect if they keep exercising the same. As well they advertised you can have your money money back if you don’t like the program, however in reality you need to video/photo yourself doing all the exercises/meals for two weeks and only then they will consider if they can reimburse.

Some poses are very hard for a 68 year old woman but the brevity of the drills is what makes it better. Loving the plank, hate the sideways plank!

Welp, I was hopeful… the daily overall body workout that’s presented at the top of each section is varied based on the type of workout you want (wall Pilates, stretching, Pilates with equipment etc) BUT the other workouts listed below each of these where targeted workouts are offered are all the same! And they are not specific to the type of workout you selected. Example: today I did Pilates on the bed full body , the workout at the top of the app. It was basic, not particularly challenging, so I wanted to do a more focused/ targeted workout for legs, so I scroll down to “legs” thinking it would be more Pilates on the bed or at least Pilates. It was not. It was lunges and jumping around and stuff having nothing to do with Pilates on the bed. Most people who are doing Pilates on a bed may have mobility issues which is why we are starting on a bed. The subsequent targeted area workouts are not aligned with what’s offered at the top of the app, which I believe is very misleading. So basically all of the other targeted area workouts are not structured to “Pilates on the bed, wall Pilates, etc”, it’s just other exercises as filler.

This app isn’t the greatest, but it’s not the worst. I do not like that when I first got it it said nothing about wall Pilates. I don’t want any wall Pilates and there are bunches of them. Another thing I don’t like is that when it lists equipment it doesn’t say anything about blocks and all of a sudden there are blocks. The last thing I don’t like is that they only do an exercise on one side. What about the other side?
