I have been doing it for a week and now I am happy with Organicfit. The pilates program and intermittent fasting together with the nutrition program is a good idea, congratulations. The shortcomings of the program; the help center is slow to answer questions, intermittent fasting could be explained in more detail and you could give small tips about daily nutrition (such as no carbs on the 2nd day or no alcohol on the 4th day).

It is an easy and intuitive app to use. I am only missing reminders so I do not for get to track fasting. Several days I forget to track it.
