The workouts do not allow you to do the exercises on both sides. The exercise will be foe the fight side,but then does not do the left side.

I’m only a week in, it seems pretty good but it’s a bit frustrating to have to double back for some of the moves because the workouts don’t specifically include time to do the corresponding right or left side which should be done really.

A really good app, I like how the app works, intuitive, it's easy to get used to it. what I would like to add is possibility to change the food eaten, if you were not able to eat reccommended food and switched to different one.

Io non ho fatto nessun abbonamento con voi, e non ho neanche l'app perchè da 10 giorni provate a prelevare (3 volte) sempre cifre diverse? E come avete avuto il numero della mia carta? Per favore annullate qualsiasi cosa vi risulti che io non ho fatto. Grazie

I liked that it is timed, but it does not let you change from exercise to the other in time. They are not very motivating

It’s easy to follow and fun to track things. The only improvement would be a way to edit things. Not start new program, but edit mistakes. I assumed my fasting schedule stop and started. I didn’t realize I had to do it manually so it shows I’ve been fasting forever lol. This app is great and motivating
