Love the fact that the exercises move my whole body without straining myself. It feels light and easy yet effective. The streches are oil to the body when feeling rusty

Easy and quick but has me wondering if it makes an impact. One thing I don’t like is that the sides are not balanced (eg you do the left but not the right or vice versa)

I love this app, so many wonderful exercises to suit my needs and a wonderful range of meals or tips for meals. It is easy to work with the app to keep motivation for the end results of the fasting.

This company is a scam. Billed me without authorization and then charged me again when I asked for a refund instead of issuing credit.
