Horrible. Read all the most recent reviews. App is a total scam. Exercises only do half the body half the time. They don’t explain the exercises all the way till end of video. Either audio cuts out or they just don’t follow through till end. Very cheaply made. Feels very cheap AI

I was excited to use this app as i saw it on facebook. However i was unable to use the after paying and i was asked to pay again. I sent a message to inquire but got no response. After a few days i was able to use it, but reply from customer care up until now. I also am unable to unsubscribe which is crazy. I feel kinda force to keep paying for something in uncertain of is helping me. It its $29 a month which is very expensive in my book. Not sure i would like to continue for another month.

Unfortunately the speech of the videos is very bad an hard to understand. It is irritating that it is a computer voice.
