Disappointed! I paid for one month and had difficulty accessing the exercise plan as it kept directing me to the page to choose a plan and pay again, Eventually, I was advised to keep pressing ‘X’ to exit the page even though there was no ‘X’ symbol. I was then able to complete day 1. The exercises were really good. Tonight, I wanted to complete day 2 and was again redirected to the plan page but this time I could not exit and was unable to carry out day 2. Unable to access customer services online chat as was not allowing me to enter my email address to identify myself. Real shame as the exercises appear to be very good. Please can I have a refund ASAP! Not fit for purpose.

The app was easy to navigate. The exercises short, but intentional. The meal plan gives you time in advance to prepare your grocery list. The only thing I wish it had was a place to calculate what you actually did eat. There are going to be days when you vary from The meal plan, so being able to log what you did eat would be helpful.

Even though it's only the beginning, it's very helpful and reminds me to do different things, ie drink water, exercise, begin my fasting.

I’m just getting to know the app. One thing for those of us that added on the extras would be to easily access them as we change programs and such. When I switch to somatic my dancing goes away. I have added dancing on so I could do both.

After getting over a few login issues, I have successfully used the app twice now and really enjoy the simplicity of the exercises, and that I can just do this in my own home, without any hassle. It’s a time saver, and I’m looking forward to seeing some results. I like that you can choose additional workouts too.
