So easy to use with demo videos of each activity which you can watch over and over if needed. 10-12 min workouts go so fast once you start and you are done before you know it! Recommend

Ms G.
I was once very focused on my fitness. I rowed throughout my teens and played tennis. Then through my 20’s i got into classes at the gym like spin and step aerobics etc. But then life got in the way including having a baby and all that fitness went out of the window. Now 15 (or more) years on I’m only doing daily chores, I do no targeted exercise or much walking and my body has become tired and unable to do what i should be able to do at my age. I also lack motivation. But then i saw an app ad whilst reading an article online (completely unrelated) that was promising positive changes for only 10 mins out of my day AND for a very low price!! Of course i thought it was too good to be true, Until i recently started the programme!!!!! I absolutely LOVE the app. It’s really easy to follow the daily routines AND the nice recipes with a shopping list helper. After day one for ONLY 6 mins my body was feeling like id been on a 1 hour brisk walk up and down hills!! Yes that’s how unfit i have become!!! i’m really looking forward to the results after a month and beyond. If you’re reading this to decide if it’s a fit for you then do not hesitate. Its cheap as chips for what you get and you can easily do it in the comfort of your home OR office! It’s easy to fit into a daily routine!

First exercise was easy and I feel great. I’m easing into it and what a perfect start. Only thing I would love upgraded is for the weekly meal plan, a shopping list for the entire week.
