Fast and Fit is super easy to use. Very explicit videos on how to complete your workout safe. The meal plan is super easy to follow, which for me work great as a busy mum 😀 Overall, I must say I am impressed with the app. First day down and looking for many more 🤭😊

Been using the app consistently for about 6 months. Like the short workouts. They have decent variety and get harder the longer you go through the program. Have seen good results from using it. -1 star for not having you do the same exercise on each arm/side during the workout. I have to rewind to do the other side. Also, after day 10 the calendar doesn't seem to jump to the next days workout. I have to scroll to get to the current day.

I have spent so much money in the past on programmes that have turned to be not right for me. Organic Fit is so easy to use and the daily exercise programme is easy to fit into my busy day. I’m already seeing the benefits and I honestly can’t fault it in anyway.
