Try to finance elsewhere. I have been a long time TD Banking customer and absolutely love them. The Finance wing on the other had are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. They are borderline a scam from what I've seen so far! No statements, multiple late fees without ANY communication on my bill. Initial agent told me multiple times Point Blank that paper ststaements have been sent for months and I should contact USPS to report this, her manager said none were sent and they should have been emails! What a Joke. Luckily I thought about this payment missing from my budget and after calling 6, yes SIX times to get to speak to someone, I was able to pay my bill and bring it up to date. I'm hoping this does not affect my Credit Rating and if it does I'll be reporting to the CFBP and closing my account IMMEDIATELY. Avoid if you can at all. 0% APR is not worth the hassle or $??? in bogus account Fees.

I have been using samsung financing for a long time. I had 30.000 line with them. When I changed my bank accounts, somehow their reccuring payments did not go through. They did not let me know about it and within 2 weeks they have reduced my account from 30000 credit line to 1500 which affected my credit score. Unbelievable. I will just pay it of in one payment and close the account. Moving to apple with my next products. Customers service refused to help with this matter nor to ever letting me know that paymenet did not go through until my credit score was hit. Horrible banking system

I regret going through samsung and using the financing. The website is unreadable and very difficult to use. The customer service rep acted like she couldn't hear me and disconnected the call without verifying her credentials after getting my personal information. Samsung is too good of a company to have this associated with them.

If I could give negative stars I would! I have been with Samsung ever since the first Galaxy up to Galaxy phone 5. Long story short stay away from Samsung and TD Bank, they run a shady process to get your phone replaced. Samsung connects you with outsource customer service who have no care in the world for you as a customer. TD Bank sets up their websites to squeeze out late fees which are caused by them not processing your auto-pay that you set up correctly. I am warning you stay away from Samsung and TD Bank!!! They don't care about customer service!

I have an account with td samsung Dec 23 an agent helped me with setting up recurring payments. It is now 3/12 and now my late fees is recurring(get it). Found out last night my credit monitor emails was coming in every week. So I go to check it and it says I am 3 months behind. Let alone this is not the samsung financial I've had. The log in website is trash. Spoke to account services who switch me back to customer service. Now my credit dropped 100 points and I am getting a late fee on top of that which actions I had no control of. Next time I will just pay cash. Stay away from TD.

Horrible customer service from both Samsung and td bank financial. I went with Samsung because of the phone but I'll be changing due to poor customer service and shady practices. I don't want anyone to have to go through the aggravation and cost I have experienced with Samsung and TD Bank so I will share on Facebook and ask my friends to share and their friends to share.

Called 18004340050 twice. On hold for 1 hour and on hold the second time for 15 minutes. Tried a different number 8002522551, no answer. Worst customer service, worst SLA plan, worst website, worst online service. The only thing they are good at so far is knowing how much I owe and when the payment is due. Paying this off and never using them again. Period!! They answered!!! I had to act like I was going to make a payment. But they wanted check info. I went for the operator and they answered. Still paying this off and never using them again.

This TD Bank SHOULD NOT BE OPERATION AT ALL! I don't know why Samsung Financing chose this TD Bank. I was going to buy S24 Ultra and applied for Samsung Financing for the first time. BEWARE that they don't let you know that it's going to be a HARD PULL ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE! My credit score was in the excellent level and the credit check cost me 20 points! This is really insane and deceiving. It's like you got a GPA 350 and it suddenly went down to GPA250! They gave me a credit limit of $3,000 plus which I eventually never used and cancelled it. I paid the phone in cash instead. I called TD Bank and inquired when I received a letter from them stating that "A potentially suspicious transaction has been detected on your Samsung Financing program and we need to confirm that you authorized all the charges......" I called the phone they provided and it took a long time to speak to Customer Services. Also all the phones you check on Google Search customer services are all recordings and you'll never be able to talk to a real person. Today I called 5xs and finally was able to talk the a real person. After telling CS and I still have concerns, she (said her name was JosiMary) said she can't hear me clearly and I said I could hear her well. Then she told me to call again tomorrow Eastern Time because it's closing time. I called at MST 4.30, then she hung up! I called the same phone number again and this "Duke" answered. I asked hm what did that "JosiMary" commented when she was talking to me? He said "she wrote Customer can't hear her and vice versa." I told him she's lying. I told him my concerns, the same what I told "JosiMary" I wanted this account closed and he said it's already closed. I asked if it's closed, why is it that when I checked (using my SS #), it still said that I have "0" outstanding balance and "$3,000+" in credit limit? If account is closed, I won't even be able to check my account! I asked him to send me mail (as they said they don't send emails) for proof and he said he's going to transfer me to their Customer Support (??? he's the CS??) so that I can asked them to send me my statement mail. NO ANSWERED from transfer and he DELETED the phone Feedback from their service survey which I clicked before I talked to Duke because of that incident with this "JosiMary" DON'T DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THIS TD BANK.
