They stole my item and offered no compensation for it. They take over an hour to answer an online chat. If your invoice covers multiple packages, they are not intelligent enough to apply an invoice to more than 1 package even though the descriptions are identical. Dont need anything urgently - they have no sense of urgency. Not based on 1 experience, but on multiple occassions I have experienced terrible customer service.
Response from MyMallsApr 3, 2025
Hi Shanee, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and your frustration. Your feedback is being taken seriously, especially around how we manage invoice matching and communication times. We’re working hard behind the scenes to make improvements, and your input helps us grow. If you’d be open to discussing this further, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.
