So great! I love that I get to choose exactly how many of each size I want and I feel good knowing there’s nothing bad in them. You can also skip a month even though it’s a monthly prescription. I would totally recommend!

Very impressed with the LOLA brand! It was very important to me to find a product that was 100% organic cotton. Plus the quality is amazing and they are the only products I will use. Even when one of my order's was mixed up, they made it correct right away!

Same as someone has mentioned before, this is the first time a tampon was ripped inside of me and causing me to go to emergency OBGYN. It's a nightmare. I guess they do not have security vile on those tampons. Better spending all the advertising money on upgrading their products because I don't think they really care about women's wellbeing.

I had to visit my OBGYN yesterday to have pieces of the tampon removed when it broke apart inside of me, it was like pulling cotton balls out of my vagina. In 20 years of using tampons, I have never experienced anything like this. I cancelled and want to warn everyone of the potential dangers of this product.

Hands down, THE BEST customer service. I’m always impressed by the way LOLA goes above and beyond to communicate, resolve, and accommodate me as the customer! Because of this, I LOVE giving them my money and continuing to get an amazing product from an amazing company!! And organic cotton! How can you beat that!!??

About a year ago I tried LOLA for the first time. I was very excited to try a safer, more organic delivery tampon option. However, had a terrible experience as one of the tampons literally broke in half inside of me. This had absolutely never happened to me before LOLA , and should not. After the stress of the situation, I threw away the rest of my LOLA tampons (the majority of the order.) I wrote a few reviews and even reached out to the LOLA customer service team about this experience. I never heard back, which was very disappointing. I have worked in customer service in the past and was shocked by no response. I kept receiving emails from LOLA promotions and newsletters so I unsubscribed. About 2 months ago I randomly started receiving their emails again. I would not recommend and there are safer options out there. Organic is great...but anything that breaks off and gets stuck is NOT worth the hassle. UPDATE: One day after posting this review, the LOLA team responded to me, refunded the purchase, and asked many questions about my experience and apologized. I am bumping up my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I appreciate the follow up and refund, though do still want people to use caution when purchasing and wearing.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review sooner because I really love these products. The price is unbeatable for me. I love the convenience of never having to shop for tampons ever again. Usually I am a brick and mortar person, so I was skeptical, but there’s absolutely no reason not to trust the service. The product, amazing. I never experience leakage. I’ve been using LOLA for almost three years now. Never has a string broke, a pad gotten out of place, or a leek. I love that I am able to customize my order. Sometimes I do not need as much of a certain product because periods are unpredictable haha. Basically stop buying regular tampons in stores. They’re made with bleach and also harmful chemicals. You do not know what is going into them. Ever since I switched, I experience less cramping and fewer yeast infections. Pure cotton, without additives, is the only thing that agrees with my delicate areas. Thank you so much for being an awesome company!

I am honestly shocked by the negative reviews of these products. I have used these products for two periods now and have had none of the issues left by the other reviewers. I typically use super tampons the first few days of my period but I actually have used Lola's regular sized and have had no issues of early leakage nor with any left over residue like stated by others. I love that I can customize my subscription and will be adding some new products this next renewal, but as of right now I have been very pleased!
