The tens machine are great and gave me a huge amount of relief initially but the product is not good for daily use (eg wearing it under jeans for walking, sitting and other low impact activities) . My cables to connect the machine to the flower pads stopped working after three months. I ordered new cables and even with extra precaution they still stopped working after 3-4 months. I asked for a refund for the initial products and the replacement a month ago and have not received a reply from the customer service team. I would advise other people to buy a TENS machine from a different company

Livia is definitely a game changer for sure! My daughter and i both use it, and we no longer have to use pain medicine to get rid of our horrible menstrual cramps.. If you've been thinking about trying livia, stop thinking, and do it!!! You won't be disappointed!!

Awesome product. Does exactly what it is intended to do. Wouldn't want to live without it! Customer service is prompt and helpful but my refills with subscription haven't been shipping automatically so i had to contact them.

I have had horrible period cramps since I can remember, now in my 20's, I found out that I have a large cyst in my left ovary that is causing even more severe period symptoms, causing my cramps to be worse than ever. I decided to give Livia a try since it was so highly rated and recommended. I was skeptical because it took over 3 months for me to actually receive my Livia after ordering. But let me tell you.... it was SO worth the wait!!! I used it for the first time today and ALL of my pain is gone, I can actually go to work and function instead of laying in bed miserable.
