This product worked within minutes. I have struggled with intense pain during my period for years. This product allowed me to function normally and almost completely eliminate my need for pain killers.

I don’t think I’m ever going to stop recommending this product to as many people as I possibly can, there aren’t enough good words to say about this magical little device! I suffer from very bad endometriosis pains, along with more pains because I recently found out I have abnormally large cysts on my ovaries. Now because of this unbearable pain I would take a lot of pills, disregarding what could potentially Happen to me all I cared about was numbing the pain so I can go about my day, I would call out of work a lot and I would cancel so many plans just because I was in too much pain, until the livia came into my life! Honestly since I received that little magical device I not only feel better from not putting all the gross pills in my body but literally everything has changed!! I don’t need to take 3AM hot baths anymore I don’t need to set a million alarms to remind me to take my next dose of pills, I don’t need to worry about the pain just hitting me bc if it doesn’t I switch on the livia and poof! Away goes my pain, it’s that easy I couldn’t be any more greatful for my livia and I would continue writing as many reviews possible just to get the word across! It’s 100% worth the $ !!! If you have bad pains like I do it’s worth it ! A very necessary investment!!!

This machine has saved me!!! I have pcos and was taking strong pain meds to keep the pain manageable. Since using Livia, I have stopped taking the meds completely! Best invention ever!

I ordered the Livia for my daughter who suffers from debilitating menstrual cramps. Before Livia, my daughter would spend at least one full day in bed unable to attend school as her cramps were so bad. Now that she has Livia, she uses it as soon as the cramps start and is able to function somewhat normally with it. I am very happy with this product and am glad that I invested the money to purchase it for her. Thank you Livia for giving my daughter some much needed relief.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT STICK TO THEIR SIDE OF THE DEAL Ordered on black Friday 2018, website promises 3-5 working day delivery. 2 weeks later no order- emailed and they said the colour was out of stock so I told them to just send another colour. Bad start, why didn’t they get in touch with me first. Then it arrived and so did a request for an extra £30 import tax. Apparently their small print states this (very misleading false advertising website). Anyway, refused package and got UK customs to confirm and by beginning of Feb (yes it took this long!!!) they confirmed I’d receive refund in 30 business days (RIDICULOUS) ..: again, told its in their Ts&Cs small print. Anyway, March 22nd came and gone and I’m still waiting for the refund. It’s been 5 months since my order. No Livia or no refund.

They continue to tell me they will refund, and nothing. Same, "so sorry we're a small company, give us time" well I have. Requested a refund in October and it is April. Reporting them where I can, very disappointed that they delete bad reviews so people will continue to get scammed by this company. I originally asked for a refund because they promised to ship my order in 2-3 business days, a week later I had no information on shipment and they told me it was on back order. Another week later I asked again and still on back order with no idea when it will be ready to ship but a promise to bump me to the "urgent" list. Then I asked for a refund.
