Never received the product

Was very disappointed with my Livia. I have severe cramps during my period, to the point where I’m down two days and unable to do any activity. I get nauseous and vomit, the pain is worse than when I had my contractions giving birth. I read all the great reviews about how Livia took away almost all the pain! It helped so many women, just to turn out to be a scam. My first time using it, it hurt. The second time after I found better placement for the gel pads, it continuously lost connection and would shut off. I couldn’t even use it for everyday life because the minute I went to clip it to my pants, it stoped working. Then I replaced the gel pads, and the gel didn’t stick to the electrode. It got stuck to me! I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life, and I cannot wait to get my refund. If this product is so cheap, I might as well have spent my money on a cheap tens unit from Amazon and would have gotten better quality.

Didn’t work for me. Sent back my Livia and still have not received a refund

This has been a life saver. Days that I would have spent rolling around in bed in pain I can now spend doing my usual activities.

I have always suffered from terrible cramps, and prior to this I had to take excessive amounts of medication to help relieve the pain. I bought the Livia in hopes that it would help lessen the amount of medication I would need, and that isn’t the case. I need the Livia to be at a high strength to help with the pain, but if I put it at that strength, then I get painful zaps from the device every time I lean forward or bend down. I work in an office and can’t have this. So the only way to use it is on low, which doesn’t next to nothing for the cramps. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is instead of having to take all of the medication like I’m used to, I have to take less. But it still doesn’t fix the problem.

I was pretty skeptical about this technology when I saw the ads, but I do get very severe cramps on my period (and I refuse to go on birth control just for that) so I will literally give anything a try to help. From the very first time I hooked the Livia up to me, within LITERALLY 2 MINUTES I was already feeling that much better. It's a tiny machine, but it actually does wonders. I can now go to work, meet with friends, go out to events on period without a worry that I will be in so much pain. PLUS it is so small and discreet, I can wear it with anything.

Brilliant for endometriosis!

I purchased two six month supply gel pads and it has been more than 3 weeks and until this date I cannot get an update as to where they are. I keep speaking to customer represents and no one can tell me where it is, yet I was charged for both. I’m deeply disappointed with the service received. It is very sad that this happened given that the products they sell are very good ones.
