I give 2 stars for shipping. The Livia website says it takes up to 3 day to receive an order. This is day 5 and it left a facility in another state this morning so it may get here tomorrow or Friday. If I had known this I would have ordered it from Amazon so that I could have received it when I need it.

I still haven't received a refund for my order, which was returned to Livia on June 21st. After multiple emails with their customer service I was assured that my case was forwarded to their Financial Department and promised a follow up. I heard nothing from them since 21st of August and the refund didn't happen. Downright unprofessional and shady service. After replying me here, and me emailing as instructed - same story with "your case is being handled by financial department", me following up, one of their employees promising to investigate/expedite and nothing happening. Rinse and repeat for another half-year until I gave up chasing them. Needless to say I haven't received any refund and it's 2024 now. Scammer company. Update: Just found out Vice has an article about this "This Tiny Period Cramp Device Is Scamming Women Out of Money"

It all started on 25 Jul 2019 when i made an order via mylivia.com. The tracking status did not change since 28 Jul where it said it arrived at an origin transfer airport in Chicago. Being very patient, i continued to monitor until 18 Aug and emailed Livia Support when there was no update to the status since 28 Jul. I was informed on the same day that the matter is being investigated but there was no update at all in the next few days. So i emailed Livia Support on 3 Sep for an update only to receive a reply on 4 Sep that the manager is still checking on the matter and assured me that they will contact in case of any update. A week later on 10 Sep, there’s still no update so i requested for Livia Support to expedite on the matter. I received a reply the following day informing me that my request is in the high priority list. No update at all despite being in the “high priority list”. As a consumer, I’m actively following up with Livia Support while they remain passive in their service recovery. I emailed for an update again on 20 Sep only to be informed of the same the following day, i.e. they are still checking with the shipping company. No update again and i emailed again on 30 Sep. Valeria of Livia Support replied that she fully understands my frustrating experience but has no update but informed me to continue to wait. It has been an agonizing 2 months and counting since I placed my order on 25 Jul 2019. I decided enough is enough. Many chances given but nothing seems to be moving so on 14 Oct, i asked for a refund. To date, there is no reply to my request at all. Seriously, this is really bad service recovery. If you want a similar experience like me, feel free to try out the site.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with Livia. Rather than just order from Amazon.co.uk and get it the next day I decided to take advantage of a special offer on their website. Bad decision. The site mentions "fast delivery", and "3 days", but in fact, if you click on a down arrow, you do see that it can take up to 14 days for international orders. I did not see that, and no where during the check-out process is there any indication of this. After 9 days or so, I contacted them via Facebook messaging. Courteous, but did not acknowledge that there might be a problem with their website and checkout process. My Livia package landed after 12 days, but instead of a Livia I got a UK Customs notice, informing me of a £28.80 fee I had to pay, if I decided to go down to the post office and collect my package. No thanks. If you visit the UK Amazon site you can read of at least a couple of other similar experiences. Overall: a bad bad experience. I had promised a pain sufferer this device and told them they would receive my gift in a week or so. Bad. We are now looking for a different TENS machine.

I had read about the poor customer service and ridiculously long refund waits but I was desperate enough to order one anyway- anything to not be in pain anymore. Unfortunately, shortly after my order I required emergency surgery and then I had no need for the product anymore. Back it went, unopened, and boy do I regret ordering it now. It has been months and still no refund. Apparently they don’t even start the refund process until you complain, even if you follow the return procedure on the website! Shame on you, Livia, for taking advantage of women who are desperate to just not hurt anymore.

I have been using my original Livia for almost 2 years. I use it to help manage my moderate cramps, and it has also saved my sanity at work and while traveling with my lower back pain as well. Recently, I hadn't needed the Livia for a couple of months and had left it in my bag without recharging it. I panicked when it didn't seem to start charging right away and realized how miserable I would be if anything ever happened to it, so I bought a second device for backup! Thankfully my original was fine (just a very dead battery that needed time), but I was extremely relieved and grateful with how fast the second one arrived, and with knowing my first was still under warranty if something was truly wrong. My only complaint is the plastic connections on the flower pad ends of the wires tend to split and break open easily, so I've learned to keep the flower pads in a separate hard case so that they don't bend and twist as much and hopefully last a bit longer.

It's already 1 month passed since my order was placed. And i didn't receive my parcel

Battery only worked for about 2 minutes (or less) the 1st time using. Did not realize I had it turned all the way up because it wasn't functioning properly and when it decided to kick on it shocked the hell out of me. I contacted customer service and they said they would send a replacement battery right away but it has been over two weeks and I have not received the new item or any correspondence. It also seems that any consumer has to pay for return shipping on faulty items. Not cool Livia.
