I ordered this product to be delivered to the UK. No where did it say I would have to pay customs fees of over £40!!! Really unimpressed !

When buying on the website they don’t give you any heads up of a possible customs charge. In my case that charge was of 30% of the price. You should be transparent about the extra charges that we will have to pay once your order arrives.

Don't buy it if you live in Europe - still waiting for the refund after 4 months.... ****Update: I contacted the customer support for the 10th time, as suggested in the answer underneath, but 3 weeks later, I still have not seen any money - it's been a VERY bad experience***** I ordered mylivia 4 months ago and it got delivered 8 weeks later, when I was on holiday. Since the product comes from the US you have to pick it up in Germany in person at the customs office. I had 5 days to pick it up, but I was on holidays so it got shipped back to the US. I am still trying to get back my money - a lot of money wasted so far. Customer service is not really helping.

Been waiting over a month for the device which has still not arrived. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Will it ever arrive. Very bad experience of customer service. Would not recommend! Customs charge of £27 to pay before I can get my parcel disgusting company. One irate customer!!
