16/12/2020: Have been advised the refund has been processed (14 months later), however they will not advise how it was refunded - and I have not received ANY refund. Refund email says “refunded to credit card” but I have no idea which credit card as even the original order confirmation email doesn’t advise the last 4 digits of the card used, and regardless it’s 14 months later and I probably have changed credit cards! Update 3/4/20: still no refund and company has stopped corresponding. AVOID! Doesn’t work. Company doesn’t honour their 120 day full refund as stated on their website. DO NOT BUY. You will never hear from them again and never get your money back. I lost over $200 including registered post to return it by registered post. Glad to see 162 people have read my review - I hope MyLivia is losing business. It's sad that vulnerable people who are in pain and looking for a solution are being taken advantage of by this company. MyLivia if you suddenly decide to stay true to your promise and refund, the order number is 129397 which I purchased for my friend.

I love my Livia! It's hard to describe why it works but it really distracts from deep menstrual pain and helps me get on with every day tasks. I suffer from endometriosis so it doesn't get rid of the pain but it helps substantially. It's a little pricey but worth the investment, I got mine as a gift which was really nice.

Helped enormously with pain, but their design for the wiring and the case is poor: The case forces the connection points into >90 degree angles, and, consequently, the connection points are stripped and broken fewer than six months after purchase. The Livia no longer works.

I’ve purchased two different Livia products as gifts for my daughter, she has suffered severe period pain for a long time , and has endometriosis which has required surgical treatment. After exhausting other options she tried the Livia , it has been such a relief for her , so was so pleased when I gifted her replacement products .

After my order they have not sent me the product nor any information for weeks! After I tried to contact them via every channel possible for another two weeks finally someone has Sent me an email stating that they would refund my money in 30 days. Guess what happened? No money back. They have also blocked me from their instagram account. My suggestion to buyers is this: call their support line before you make a purchase and see if in reality anyone is picking up. I have filed official complaints to BTA. However I think we should complain to Facebook and Instagram and Paypal. Where they actually promote their scam. Edit on 4th January: they asked me for my email and my order number via trustpilot a week ago. Still not even an email back!

Just an update to a previous review, it has now been 3 months or so waiting for a refund. As of a month ago the company stopped responding altogether. Incidentally, I have also been seeing quite a bit more advertising for the company/product. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the FTC so hopefully something comes of that. But bottom line, if you are thinking of buying one of these products be absolutely sure because you are basically burning the $149.

I have been suffering of period pains during years, one good friend of mine saw me crying on the first day last month. She gave me her Livia and I had the chance to experience the release it brings. I am not a ambassador or promoter but I will shout all over the place about this product. I have will order it ASAP as my pain went away, I am actually surprised that we hear more about painkillers or hormones taking while we have a solution that doesnt affect our bodies or arm our cycle I recommend this to women who have big pain, you can use it in your bed, outdoor as you can put it on your pocket and you can go back to your day program without suffering 100% effective
