Returned the product almost 2years back... but they are not refunding my money. Everytime I contact the support, I just hear that they refund in 2-3 business days. I think these guys are fake. I will update this review sooner with FTC consumer complaint. order#122284

Absolutely terrible. I ordered MONTHS ago and never received my product. I asked for a refund and they told me if I wanted, they would send the item immediately, expedited shipping so I said sure. I waited another month and NOTHING. I am still waiting on a refund as I have never received an item. Then to top it all off, they tried to charge me for the subscription for an item I never received. They would not cancel it so I had to cancel the subscription through PayPal. Horrible everything. I just want my money back.

In theory its a good product, but they have horrendous customer service. I got a subscription november last year, got my product only in january (international shipping). But the sad thing is: my device never properly worked! It would turn on, but when I tried increasing its intensy it would shut off. I suspect they sent me a faulty product all along. Took ages for me to be able to return it cause of COVID19. Long story short, paid months a subscription for a product that didnt work...Also they take FOREVER to reply to any customer complaints. DO NOT recommend! Should've come here before purchasing...

I originally purchased this product via their crowdfunding campaign. At the time I was experiencing severe menstrual cramps. The Livia device significantly improved my quality of life by making my period pain more manageable. I recommend Livia to all my friends!

I shipped the product back 2 years ago and never received the refund. This is a very dishonnest company, I don't recommend at all

I used to alway be in uncontrollable pain and had to take prescription pain killers for my periods that still didn’t get rid of all of my pain, aches, and cramps. With Livia all of that is gone and I can go about my day like any other it’s changed the game.

My Livia unfortunately broke after a few usages and I had to send back my Livia to the US. Thankfully they quickly sent me a replacement. My Livia personally worked for me, I used it on my front and back and it felt so relieving. It is easy to use and adjust. So far I have only used it at home.

This has been a life changing product. It immediately lowers my pain level to tolerable then after a few minutes of use to its like its not even there! I've tried so many different things from pills to yoga and this is by far the best and most effective option. I also enjoy the monthly subscription set up! Shipping took 2 months but I suppose that's what happens when you order in the middle of a pandemic. Well worth the wait.
