As someone who tends to have excruciating pain throughout their period due to endo I have found Livia to be amazing at reducing pain. I used to constantly take nurophen and codeine to help me get through the pain, however, as a uni student it effected me being able to attend classes and concentrate. The Livia is small and can be worn without being noticeable and as it is silent it can be turned on anywhere. It does take a little while to get used to the feeling at first so it's definitely something that needs to be used a few times before making up your mind if this product is for you.

I struggle with stage 4 endometriosis, with chronic pain throughout my cycle, but my work requires me to be on my feet and to carry on.
