I have always have painful period cramp and up to the point of me nearly fainted. The pain is so severe but I kept showing up to work. I have been using MyLivia for 3 months now and always set the pulse power to the max because that’s when the pulse is able to reduce my pain. It gives me very very strong massaging pulses although I still can feel the cramp so much. Normally the period flows kinda mild and lasts for 6 strong days. But ever since with MyLivia the period flows heavily and lasts only for 3 days. So my period finishes fast.

Like most I was skeptical about using Livia and thought it wouldn't work for me. Well let me tell you it amazes me every day. It stops cramping within seconds and I rarely have to take pain medicine anymore. The compact size makes it able to be worn with almost anything! The design is simple and the device is easy to use. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This product is a god send! I suffer from stage 4 endometriosis, which means I have on multiple occasions had to call in sick to work or cancel plans because the pain is debilitating. But with my Livia, my pain has gone from an 8 to about a 2 or 3, making my day to day life so much easier. What would normally be horrific cramps that stop me from leaving my bed, with my livia it is just slight discomfort that allows me to live my life as normally as I can!

Before I had Livia my period cramps was in he worst. I couldn’t do anything but stay home in bed or sit around and do nothing. Just wait for the meds to kick in. Now with Livia, I can do things. Livia is the only thing that will get me through the first two days of my period. Normally I wouldn’t be able to move or get up, but Livia actually works.
