I’ve had my Livia for about 1 1/2 years now and it has helped with my periods so much. I have endometriosis and my periods are extremely heavy and painful. The only thing that really helped in the past was ibuprofen in doses much larger than is recommended, which in turn often led to worsening nausea. Since getting my Livia, I have been able to have periods where I never take a dose of pain meds. It has also helped me miss less work due to my period. I was skeptical about trying livia because I wasn’t sure if it would really work. I’ve always had bad cramps though and I was tired of being bedridden because of them. I ordered and it arrived right before my next period. Charged it and and used it. Livia is amazing. I can turn up the intensity when the cramps are real bad and it really sort of numbs the pain. I love how small it is really makes it easy to just clip to my pants and go. 10/10 would recommend
