I am going to keep things honest, I am a woman who struggles with infertility and adhesions much like Endometriosis. I experience pain at like a level 10 during my periods, sometimes in between as well. Livia has helped greatly improve on my quality of life, I’m able to do more then I normally could during those painful moments. I would highly recommend as I’ve tried many things to attempt to relieve even a small amount of pain and this is the WINNER hands down. I also love that you can use it on your back ! I can get almost as much pain in my lower back some days and again Livia aids in reducing that for me ! I hope you give it a shot and that it works just as well for you ! Thanks Livia !!

It is like magic. I feel like it makes my period pain go away immediately. It is a little weird to get used to the feeling at first but you get used to it. It is totally worth the money.

I cannot speak about the quality of the Livia itself, because I never actually received it. However, I have made similar negative experiences regarding the refund process as other people are stating here. So I ordered the Livia in January 2020 from their German website, where it mentioned NOWHERE that the product would be shipped from the US and that I would therefore have to pay customs fees. Since I only found this out when the package was delivered to my door, I did not have the necessary amount of cash at hand, so the courier had to take the package back. From this point on my local post office lost track of the package (this is actually *not* Livia's fault but DHL's) so that the Livia was then sent back to their warehouse in the US in March. In September I wrote to them, asking if the Livia has ever arrived, at which point I found out that it actually did! So they never notified me about the returned item up until the point I took initiative! Since September I have been sending them e-mails regularly, asking when they will finally give me the refund. They always reply that they are so sorry and that I will get the refund "soon". Now it is December and they stopped replying to my e-mails. Are you kidding me? More than 3 months for a refund? If the Livia-Team honestly cared about a positive customer experience, they would take care of the open complaints and finally process all these refunds, rather than having their staff make empty promises that we will get our money back "soon". So I would definitely NOT recommend to order at Livia. There are cheaper alternatives on the market (Beurer in Germany for example).

Livia has helped relieve my period cramps significantly. I highly recommend this product and would recommend to my friends! They have a great subscription plan as well!

Ridiculous. Very dodgy. I cancelled my order before it was even shipped and I asked them for a refund. I am not in America, I am in another continent and I thought I did the right thing to save them from such a long process of return and refund. But they don't want to refund me. They preferred shipping it anyways! (It will arrive in a month anyways, so it had been already so long). They are asking me to wait for the parcel, sending it back and ONCE IT IS BACK IN AMERICA, THEY WILL START WITH MY REFUND. This does not make ANY sense. I am really disappointed. They don't want to refund me my money, they are finding every excuse. I am afraid it is a scam.

Livia saved my life of the horrors of period cramps. Before I used to throw up due to cramping pains and livia alleviates that almost instantly and is so easy and portable to use.

Estoy encantada con el producto. La verdad es que tenía mis dudas al comprarlo porque mi menstruación es muy dolorosa. Sin enbargo, ya no sabría vivir sin mi Livia! Calma mucho el dolor y ya no tengo la necesidad de tomar tantos analgésicos.
