I got Livia when it first came out and it has been life-changing. I suffer from severe periods and extreme pelvic pain. These episodes happen so fast that Livia is the only thing that helps me. I've only had to replace my cords once and that's after biweekly use for over a year. Its settings vary so while I will comfortably rock the highest setting, others can start with the lowest level. The battery life seems good and the pads aren't bad to replace. I recommend this product to everyone woman. I can't recommend it enough.

This product really is a game changer when it comes to relief. I bought it on a whim hoping it would be something I would use more than once. It’s been a life saver honestly.

The device itself is good. Nice design and easy to use. I gave one star because I’ve never got my money back and non of the representative tried to help me. Website says that money back guarantee if Livia doesn’t help you. It didn’t. I have really bad cramps. So I sent the device back but my money has never been returned. It is very frustrating.

The product itself is incredible. Works great for my stage 4 endometriosis when the painkillers aren't taking the egde off. The pad delivery is all over the place the the subscription which can be a little frustrating but customer service is always helpful
