I love my Livia! I have debilitating period cramps and Tylenol and other over the counter meds just take the edge off. Enter Livia. It helps so much!! I can get through my day without being distracted as badly with my pain. It’s easy to use, discreet and I love that it has fun design touches (the pads look like the logo, fun cover colors). It’s tiny but delivers surprisingly strong pain relief. I can’t rave enough! It’s a wonderful product.

UPDATE: Ran solved the issue. They are AMAZING. Updated to 3 stars because Ran is an amazing CSR. I ordered my Livia on February 21st. I still have yet to receive even a shipping notification. I've contacted their customer service a few times and at first I was told my Livia was set to ship March 21, which is fine I guess, but they advertise 3-5 day shipping. Then March 21 came and I got no update. Emailed again and was told they are out of the device and would have more by the end of the week and would ship by then. Why have an item listed as available when you are out? That's just false advertising. I've emailed again and have yet to receive a response. I've tried commenting on their Facebook to get answers and they just delete my comments. Very unprofessional and not a way to manage a business. I've filed a dispute with PayPal because I don't even want the device at this point because if they're this terrible with customer service, it's safe to assume their device is junk.

1st*Edit(I have sent one more message demanding a refund as I have sent 4 customer service requests with no help....if a refund is not issued I will be also reporting them for fraud) (will update with further info) 2nd*Edit(I have recieved a refund ans despite what they posted below i was given a arrival date in an email from one of their support staff which again could not even exist unless they had a shipping date or had shipped it, so their support staff might want to stop giving false information out in emails. But I appreciate the speedy refund when it was finally issued, after being run around in circles for a while.) Hope anyone reading reading has a better experience This company is horrible..... they told me my product was due to be delivered by April 9th it is April 1st and they have not even sent any form of tracking information all the support team kept saying to me was oh we will send it when we have it..... clearly they had it as they new the expected delivery Update. I greatly regret ever buying from them... I sent one last message to support today and if nothing happens I will be requesting a refund and calling my credit card company to cancel the charge if they do not respond.

I honestly wasn't sure about Livia but when the first 1-2 days of my period leave me bedridden and useless I was willing to give anything a try. Highly recommend! I regained functionality, livia is simple to use and reduces the cramps massively, the battery lasts hours and charges quickly. The sticky pads are easy to position where needed and the entire device is non-obvious and discreet for day-to-day use.

Having my Livia made it so much easier to function again! Usually the first couple days of my period are pure hell, cramps I can barely move during, etc. But the Livia actually helps diminish those cramps and I don’t have to call in for work!

My review is based on the customer services and not the product. Ordered this product over a year ago and after a wait time of over a month I canceled the order. They then posted the product days later which I then emailed them and said I had no longer wanted it. They told me to refuse delivery. I did. Almost a year of waiting for a refund. Edited to say I finally did get my refund

Life changing experience. It helps me to be functional on my days. Without it I am usually at bed rest.
