Livia was a total game changer for me. I've always had severe menstrual pain and have tried lots of different management techniques, as it gets so bad that I cannot function in my normal day to day way. I tried birth control, heavy doses of pain relievers, heating bags, etc. But it was miserable to go anywhere or do anything on the first day of my period. Livia is small, discrete, easy to work, and for the first time I went to work and was able to do everything I needed (I'm a preschool teacher)! I wasn't in pain, I was able to move!

I ordered from Livia on the 28th of may and after receiving no shipping confirmation I contacted customer service. They informed me the device would arrive June 28th,”hopefully a few days before”. It’s now 3 weeks after the “expected delivery date” and I have not received a shipping confirmation, my device or an answer from customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but it seems like that is the only way to get in contact with them.

This device has been really helpful during painful period days. I wasn’t expecting it to work better than a regular tens, but it honestly does.
