I love Livia, I now don’t take painkillers anymore. Nothing hurts when I use it.

I’ve had my Livia for years (got it on Indiegogo right when they launched) and even bought a second so I could use one while the other charges. It is one of the only things that even puts a dent in my terrible menstrual cramps. My one complaints is that the flower heads snap off quite easily so you can go through multiple sets and I wish it was cheaper to get replacement parts but overall I’m very happy.

Livia is a lifesaver! I'm not going to lie as I've had some issues with it but I have found the best way to contact customer service is either through Messenger or the WhatsApp platform. I have been part of their influencer program and it's been great! I choose to stay with them for sharing my honest opinion. The battery life isn't the greatest and I hope it is something they are working to improve. I also wish the pads were more comfortable. Upon first using them I noticed they didn't stick as much for curvier body types. Since I have had my second set of pads delivered they are much better. I even used my Livia whilst fighting a stomach bug and it seemed to help break things up and make it even the slightest less miserable. I feel bad for those that have had such awful experiences and wanted to share my success and how I came to come about to get their with them. I hope that over time people can truly see that Livia is such a nice concept and device!

It works well and is very easy to use. It stops the pain and means I take less pills each month. It holds a charge well and is discreet enough I have been happy to use it in the office.

I love my livia. It has been so helpful and besides structuring healthy eating habits, this is the only thing that has helped me manage my endometriosis. The customer service was great to me when I accidentally lost mine in a parking lot at Walmart. Over all, wonderful idea and company.

Llevo ya más de un año y medio utilizando este producto y no tengo ninguna queja. En general hace muy bien su función y en cosa de minutos me quita el dolor. Sin embargo, me suscribí al servicio mensual y desde entonces he tenido algunos problemas para recibir los gel pads. Sin embargo el servicio de atención al cliente lo soluciona en unos días.

I’ve been using Livia since the product came out a few years ago. I am a super sensitive person so the higher intensity vibrations make me feel squirmish. But on the lower setting I don’t feel it as much and it honestly does take the pain away. I think it’s because it distracts your brain from the pain. I recently got a new skin for mine— I was bummed when black wasn’t an original option, but it is now and I’m so happy I have that color! Overall I’m super happy with the product and I look forward to what else they will do! It’s wonderful to have some care about pain that effects half the world’s population.
