Just received my Innovo. Quick shipping and excited to get started on this journey.

I only been using it for a few days but it seems to "hit the spot"

The shorts are easy to wear and work as per instructions. The shorts fit well around the waist but are loose on the legs (I have skinny legs), so I wear cycling shorts on top to ensure they fit tightly on my legs. They can be a bit fiddly to get right especially at the back, so YouTube came in handy for this. I also found after trying the 3 positions that the standing up is the best one and gives the best results. The other two are comfortable but don’t work as well. I have been using these for a few weeks now so have managed to increase the intensity and therefore the results are getting better. Hopefully 3 months on these would have worked and I can get back to normal life and constantly e planning my trips with trying to locate the toilets first! If Innovo send me another link in the future I will update.

Wow. I was apprehensive about this. Why doesn’t everyone know of INNOVO? I took a chance, I needed help. 7 treatments in and I went out to a restaurant (yes, an actual restaurant!) I felt normal, no leakage. I’m so glad that I took the chance!

Five stars for incredible customer service and the recurring attempts to get me the right product. Three stars because after trying three pairs of shorts in about six weeks, I’m taking a pause. The product works- although my use was interrupted, my muscles are noticeably stronger. It’s just that in the end I can’t figure out how to use it so that I’m not shocked. The first pair of shorts were too big and because the legs were too loose, the right connections weren’t being made and I was getting little shocks along my legs. The second pair must have had a broken lead, or something similar, because I had two large jolts after about a week of use. The third pair fit well, I was happily using them for about five days, and then the little shocks started again along my legs. Nothing major, but just so unpleasant that I can’t endure it for 30 minutes. Maybe I’ll go back to them. Tip: I found that if I had put lotion on my legs, the connections seemed to work better on those days. I hope the company can get this right, because this product truly works.

I contacted the team querying the fit of the pants. I received a quick helpful reply . No need to change the size even though initially I struggled with the fit. You just need to persevere to get them right.

Great product! My first pair of shorts worked great the whole 12 weeks and then they got glitchy and started to shock me no matter how much spray I used. I love the result of the product so I made the decision to get a second pair and hope it doesn’t happen again.
