Not being able to use the shorts decided to try the wrap around, now 6 weeks and have noticed some improvement. My gripe is the length of time I'm getting with the pads, the first set lost their adhesion very fast within a couple of weeks they were replaced free of charge but now less than than 6 weeks I'm finding the same problems have to keep pressing the pads to my body when using the garment or the error code appears and don't feel I'm getting enough contact thus I'm losing out on workouts was in touch with customer service again to say the problem with adhesion is poor but was informed that as they replaced the gel pads before ( just over 6 weeks weeks ago I'll need to buy again .Now the cost of the pads are a few pence under £30 which I find ridiculous if I need to replace as often as this told ill get a reduction to £23 for being a customer but who else would want to buy them if not a customer .I think £15 would have been a more appropriate price if having to replace this often .I do cover the pads after each use with the protected covers and I do not use anything on my skin which might affect the adhesion .I take the standing position when using. I want to be able to say I'm delighted with them them but its going to work out very expensive at this rate.

Hello I had the same problem with the leg of the shorts being loose and getting painful shocks. On the advice of my physio i rang the innovo support line and explained the problem. They sent me an older version of the shorts which wrap around each upper tight and close with velcro . You can fit these much better and no shocks. Best if luck.

Fast response to queries & quick resolution. No issue with customer service at all, very helpful indeed. but However the product has serious sizing & quality flaws, it doesn’t cater at all for people who aren’t average size. The hips fit tight but the legs are far too baggy. I suspect the smaller size will be too tight on the hips. The fabric of the shorts therefore needs to have a LOT more stretch to enable legs to be made slimmer with plenty of stretch to fit those with bigger thighs. The electrodes need a much stronger edging to stop them pulling away from the shorts fabric, the instruction booklet says these need to fit tight everywhere & not be loose but the electrodes aren’t robust enough. The fit limitations need to be covered on the website prior to purchase & stipulate the leg sizing as well as that these will operate but make no difference at all in treating incontinence condition if they aren’t a PERFECT fit!

Update: As the rep from Innovo said in their reply. They did take care of me, discount & all. I did receive my order but I am receiving an error code. I called, then emailed that I followed all the trouble shooting steps in the instruction manual. Today, I received an email saying they attempted to call me, & since they couldn't reach me I need to call them so they can walk me thru trouble shooting & I need to be wearing the shorts. I don't think I will be able to get to it for at least 3 days maybe longer. I am only home now because I'm on hold with another company. I have to say that everyone I have talked to has been super nice, I just hope that my 30 days don't run out before I can get this resolved.

I have used this 4 times and though I feel it working. It is not contracting the Pelvic floor. It is working on my Gluteal muscles. I am not sure this is giving effective Kegel exercises. I am a physician.

I read the reviews, some stating that it helped with urge incontinence. It only helps with stress incontinence. What they don't tell you is that the incontinence program is only available in Europe, not US, not FDA approved or some such baloney. That being said, it did improve my core strength, and I still use it 2 to 3 times a week.

I have used Innovo for 3 weeks now with no change in my incontinence. I plan on continuing to use it 5 days/week for the 12 weeks recommended and hoping for some results.

I measured myself exactly where recommended but the pants are loose around my thighs.
