Used the shorts for 5 days and thought they were doing good, after the 2 day break I cannot get them to work again, keeps saying there is an error with pad 7 no matter what I do. Not impressed given the price of them. I expected better for the price. Had to wait over a week from ordering to get them and who knows when I will be at to get the issue sorted, which means any good will most likely be undone and I'll have to start again ------ EDIT I have since received the first generation pads as a replacement and these are working well. I was offered these as apparently the shorts aren't for every body type (as I was rudely informed by the customer service rep who contacted me following my complaint), something that is not mentioned anywhere when ordering the shorts! Nor is the product offered alongside the shorts to give people a choice when purchasing the product. I would give these pads 5 stars, but I would give 1 star for customer service due to the attitude of the person I dealt with

I've been using my Innovo shorts for about 18 weeks now. As instructed, I wear them 5x a week, for 30 minutes a day, while standing up. I've worked my way up to an intensity level of 110 so far. It's difficult to say whether these shorts have really had a big impact on my stress-induced incontinence. Maybe 25% better? I definitely still cannot run, jump, cough hard, or sneeze with confidence. But, I do feel a slight improvement when walking and sometimes when coughing/sneezing. In terms of the quality of the shorts, I'd have to say I'm pretty disappointed. After using them for a few weeks, I started having problems with uneven treatment (stronger on one side than other), sudden "shock" feeling on one leg, constant interruptions (exclamation sign on unit), and finally total failure. Customer service was wonderful, and sent me a new pair when mine failed completely around 10 weeks. However, after using my new ones for about 6 weeks, I started having the exact same issues which continue to get worse. I'm sure these will fail on me completely in another 2 weeks or so. How are we expected to continue with the maintenance treatment if our shorts stop working all the time? After reading the rest of the reviews on this website, I found out that I am not the only one with this problem. Perhaps if this issue is fixed, I could be a little more enthusiastic about this product.

I'm very disappointed. I'm approaching 10 weeks of use of this appliance but have not yet felt a lift in the pelvic floor muscles. I telephoned for advice some weeks ago and was encouraged to hear that I needed to persevere because it took time for the appropriate muscles to start responding. I have tried positioning the pants higher and lower, in case I had the wrong position but nothing seemed to produce the correct response. I have tried the power setting through the entire range, right up to the maximum setting but with no apparent response in the pelvic floor muscles. my lower buttock muscles, and a section of inner thigh muscles do respond but I can feel absolutely no response in the pelvic floor muscles that do contract when I do the exercises for myself. So, I'm sorry to say that I have found the equipment a waste of time and money and I shall, very reluctantly, soon give-up trying. Innnovo has now contacted me and asked to help solve my problem. I appreciate their concern and I'm hoping they will be able to suggest a cure.

No instructions in shipment, didn’t include any start up guide etc. shorts too big even though followed guideline and called customer service. They reordered a smaller size as the connections were not even touching skin. Customer service was fantastic but so far initial start up poir

I had such high hopes for Innovo but alas... My first pair of shorts was too big around the thighs even after measuring to their charts...and they were causing tiny shocks and red marks. I contacted customer service who had me send pictures and then decided I had the wrong size. Sent those back and received a size smaller...which were faulty...so returned those and was on week 5 of third pair when the controller (after charging) started indicating a problem with #3 sensor...nothing that the troubleshooting part of the booklet stated helped with the issue...so back to customer service...they wanted to call and walk me through the operation, then send another pair of shorts...#4 (why do they malfunction so quickly?)....I am thoroughly discouraged and disgusted that a product can't even last 6 months without replacing many pieces...and at that high a price tag, not willing to continue. Wasted many dollars...wish I'd read online reviews before buying.

Was very disappointed did not get the results that I was expecting, after using it for 14 weeks, 5 days a week did not notice any difference what so ever . Not a good buy for me , feel as though I have wasted my money

Does not seem beneficial after 2 weeks of use. I have found proper breathing and posture have strengthened my pelvic floor. Extremely overpriced product.

My husband ordered these after suffering problems with incontinence following surgery for prostate cancer when they came they initially seemed to be working well then after a couple of weeks they stopped working contacted innovo and they sent replacement shorts in a different size once again they worked well for a couple of weeks and then stopped once again the shorts were replaced for a different size but the same thing happened again when we contacted innovo once more he was told he would have to purchase additional contact pads to use instead of the shorts at a cost of £70 having already spent nearly £300 we are unwilling to spend more money on something that may not work So we have wasted £300 on something that does not work which we can ill afford I have only given 2 stars instead of 1 as the lady on the helpline was very pleasant If the goods had continued to work as they did initially we would have been happy but the shorts are obviously not fit for purpose
