I ordered my Innova starter pack and when it it came I discovered the shorts two sizes to big when I rang customer service they were so understanding and sent me the right size within a few days I have now started the program and am very pleased I would recommend it to anyone thank you for your excellent service

I have used the mark one version of Innovo and now using the Innovo pants. The pants are much easier to use, faster, more efficient as you know you have the pads in the right place. The negative is that if you move sightly whilst in treatment the next contraction is horrendously painful; I am assuming this is because the pads lose contact. Also, generally it is more painful and where I could happily get to 70 on the mark one, I struggle to get past 60-70. No doubt it works though. I am 12 weeks in and no leaks and can hold on for the toilet if I need to. Now have to do maintenance, which I didn't do before as I broke the habit. PS generally it is a soothing calm end to my working day, watching the IPAD laying on the bed.

I bless the day i found Innov. My decision has turned into a long term investment. Will always be grateful. Staff always helpful

It is too early for me to write a review. I'm just in the beginning with my treatment. The customer service is OK, but I sometimes have trouble operating my equipment. I have learned to be patient, it works at the end. Concerning the problem itself; I see some improvement, it depends on days, what I ate or drank that day. If things were to change dramatically, I will let you know and I will write a testimony. Thank you. Alice Nanga

I had problems with my first pair of shorts, which seemed to be from the fabric stretching after 3 x months of use. Two phone calls to the firm, both dealt with thoroughly professionally, and I now have a new, smaller pair, which are working brilliantly. many thanks!

I have serious back problems and awaiting surgery. My bladder was getting weaker and weaker because the coccyx is moving inward. I have scoliosis. Honestly this is really helping!
