When I ordered my ‘Start up’ kit I was offered a 50GBP discount code to apply on checkout. Although I entered it and applied it, no discount happened so I paid the full price. I then got in touch by phone and by email, explained what had happened and some days later (about a week) a refund of 50 GBP was credited to my account. Not a streamlined procedure. Meanwhile the goods had been dispatched and arrived without delay, beautifully packed in a Chinese designed box. One connector does not ‘click’ but nobody to whom I spoke about it was concerned that there might be the makings of a bad connection. Your criterion was simply “Does it work? ... if so, who is fussed, we are not!” It works well although I may have to twist the one that does not ‘click’ to find a good ‘spot’. Is that how it should be: brand new for 249.00 GBP?

I'm giving three stars because their customer service really, really lacks. The actual shorts and the apparatus seems to be working, I've had it about a month. I've emailed them twice in the month that I've been using the innovo and have never gotten a response. I called customer service number once during their hours and got the message that they were closed but it was well during the hours that they said that they were open. So, the actual device hopefully will have excellent results by the time 3 months passes. But they get a low rating because their customer service is really really bad. Also if you aren't sure what size to get, you might want to get one size smaller if you're waist and your thighs are not as big around as your hip measurement. For those of us who are blessed with the big butt, small waist and thighs, get the size down from your hip measurement on the chart. Otherwise the contact pads won't work.

First shorts did not fit properly but the CB lady was very nice and sent me knew ones. These still do not fit my thighs…the shorts are too big but I can use it sitting/laying just not standing

Not so pleased. It's too restrictive. Having to stay still for 30 minutes. I lost interest after 4 consecutive days.

Ich bin vom Innovo Beckenbodentrainer sehr zufrieden, wenn nur die Belieferung der Haftklebepads besser wäre. Die Lieferung nach Deutschland dauerte 1 Monat, nachdem es einmal von Hermes zurückgeliefert wurde. Von 4 bestellten und voraus bezahlten Pack Haftklebepads am 1. Juni sind bis heute, 12. Juli, erst 2 Pack bei mir angekommen. Das kenne ich so nicht von Innovo und bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich musste schon einige Male reklamieren, was nur per Mail in Deutsch geht, denn am Telefon wird nur englisch gesprochen. Nach Deutschland geliefert wird aber.

In fairness, the team at Innovo have now contacted me by telephone and email to help me recitify the problem. So, Trust Pilot has helped me to get a good response from the company. I will continue to use the shorts and hope the troubleshooting suggestions will work. If so, I will return and add to this new review. If the product is good and works I will be the first to praise it. It seems to have helped very many women. I just hope I will be one of them.

I have only used the product for5 times and am extremely encouraged. My leakage has decreased noticeably and I am eager to proceed with the program. The order was processed promptly and shipping was quick. The one problem, which has tainted my overall experience, was the lead-on offers of $100 off which appeared often in my inbox. There was no place to enter the code on the order form and when I called the very friendly customer support line I was told my order had not yet been received. The charge, however, had already appeared on my bank account. This led me to fear that I had been scammed and to spend some anxious hours. I called back twice and was told the refund would be applied within a week. It finally did show up about 5 days later. I would suggest that you make any discount offers more accessible.

Over time my innovo shorts seem to have stretched so they are no longer a good fit. This is despite taking good care of them and following the care instructions.
