Excellent service so far. Delivered well packaged and on time. Clear instructions good quality product. Telephoned to check fit was ok as the wavy line on the bottom was a bit high, was reassured this should be ok and could return if not. Worn twice and can feel the are working in the right place, so have high hopes.

I received my Innovo a week ago so i have only just started to use them so can’t comment on effectiveness as yet but find them easy and comfortable to use, regarding customer helpline I had the need to contact and they were very efficient and quick on replying.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had questions along the way, after all it’s a unique experience, but the lady on the helpline couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Now finished my twelve weeks and will carry on with maintenance a couple of times a week - it’s changed my life!! Cannot recommend enough!!

For over 30 years I have not slept for more than 2 hours before I needed a wee. For the pass 10 years I have been getting botox into my bladder. But not any more since I got my Innovo shorts. And I finally can sleep 4 to 5 hours before waking up needing the toilet, happy days 😉

Great costumer services, couldn’t be more helpful.

Customer service is excellent. Just started using the device and would suggest to have a snug fit with the device. Example. I ordered the size 4 but the size 3 worked much better. I am a size 6 US in clothing size so I hope that helps in scaling your correct size. I truly hope the product reduces my leak concerns.

Brilliant after sales service, I have every confidence in this company. They dealt with my issue promptly and I couldn’t have asked for a better response.
