Erica (Irish Customer Service Representative) was truly one of the loviest people I have ever dealt with. And I was happy to learn manufacturing occurs in Ireland!

Erica was brilliant and explained everything step by step regarding my inquiry! There was a problem with card payment and Erica put me on hold until she sought advice! Then got back to me! A very good agent to deal with top marks Erica.

Erica was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Ray was very helpful and thorough in helping me determine what the issue with my shorts might be. With that, he was able to determine they should be replaced with a new pair of a different size to hopefully resolve the issue I am having. Ray is very pleasant and I was pleased to speak with him over this matter. He is also very knowledgeable. Kudos to Ray! My fingers are crossed this will solve my issue and I can get the treatments I need to control if not resolve my situation. Thank you Ray!
