If I am honest this product really does work. I have been using it for 8-9 weeks and there are definite improvements. I wouldn't say it is the be-all-and-end-all but it does give noticeable improvements. However, that said, as a medical device it is poorly designed. I have received numerous electric shocks, burn marks and continual pain. It is now almost impossible to last through a half hour session. I usually abort after 20 minutes because I can't tolerate it, even on a low setting. I originally ordered the size 3, but then after receiving shocks and finding the fit quite baggy, the company sent me a replacement in size 2. These are a better fit and I don't have disconnection issues but they do cause more burns and redness. So, to be honest with you, if you really are determined and don't mind gritting your teeth through the pain and discomfort they are worth it. I hope they improve the technology in the future as these do have the potential to really improve pelvic floor strength.

I cannot get the shorts to fit correctly. Sometimes they’re lined up right but usually my hips are getting a terrible shock.

Just opened the boxes yesterday. Am charging the unit overnight and will start use today. I read the full manual yesterday. The studies citing efficacy make the device sound useless. $400 is a lot of money for ‘useless’. I’ll get started with it today because I need help with UI. More in a month.

I have been using this almost every day for about a month now. I am up to 74 setting. Thus far it has made very little, if any difference in bladder leakage. I will continue for a while longer to see if it begins to help.

I couldn't get on with the product and kept getting shocks in one place. Called customer services and they were incredibly helpful, did trouble shooting to establish I needed smaller size. They came the next day which was excellent. The reason I have scored average though is because the quality of the 2nd pair was significantly superior than the first and I wondered why the 1st pair were so different. At £250 I'd have expected the very best quality

Purchased the Innovo pants was using them a few times kept getting error displaying kept trying to use them but couldn’t feel the lifting sensation , so gave the Innovo team a ring very friendly and helpful took me through a few easy steps then was decided I needed a smaller pair of pants which I received really quickly . Have just started using them again and what a difference can now feel the lifting , squeezing sensation , feel really positive now will update in a few weeks when I have been using them a little longer .

I ordered Innovo based on the size chart that was given, but my shorts feel loose and I am afraid may not be working correctly. I have used as directed, but have not seen any improvement yet. I have to sit very still or I get a warning. I feel it working in my butt and my calves, but not where I would expect for it to be contracting. The position that you must sit in causes my feet to go numb as well. I keep using it in hopes that it is doing something that I cannot tell and I will see results with time.

I like it very much. However I’m trying to order more of the spray and I have been trying to contact anyone, with no luck. Other than that, it does work very well. I am in Canada and this process has been quite difficult. I’m not sure why you don’t sell here. Women in Canada need this product as well.
