This is my second one
This is my second one. The concept is good but the constant errors require over an hour to perform a 30 minute session. I thought my first one was flawed but after receiving my second I have determined that the product itself is defective.

I am delighted to inform you, we have an alternative product, the wrap garments, the garments deliver the same therapy using a slightly different application. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. IT IS A SCAM. This is a scam to get you to buy it but they don’t back their product. They only have a 30 day guarantee for pants. After that you are on your own. It didn’t work at all for me. When I contacted them I was told they had a limited guarantee and they stand by their product. They are a China company and the product is poorly made and they have deliberately misrepresented the product. It cost around $400. which I should have known better than to buy. If you do buy it, read there guarantee and you will see.

Once again
Once again, I put on the cold wet shorts only to see it does not work. System is too complicated and undependable. I repeatedly get error codes, resulting in no vibrations. When it does work, the vibrations may be helping but it does not consistently work.

All I had to do to know the product wasn’t for me was open the box and see the 20-step “how to get started” instructions. I mean…really?

shorts must fit properly
I can't get the product to work. I suppose it is because I am short. The pads are not hitting the right places.

Need to highlight precautions in your ads
I was unable to even try the product because you can't use it if you have implants in your pelvic area and I have had hip replacement surgery. I don't fault the company or the device, but I would suggest that this be included in the advertisement. If I hadn't read the instructions completely I might not have found this information.
