Took a punt and tried the shorts which showed improvement. Shorts started to be uncomfortable and they made the return option so easy. Smaller size sent out and unfortunately still wasn't comfortable. Contacted them yet again and they sent out Generation 1 pads since I was clearly in between sizes. They are great !!!!! What a customer service, quick response extremely friendly - well done team x

I bought my first of shorts and completed the programme. I then ordered a 2nd pair of pants because I had lost weight. I had a fault on one of the pads. On contacting the customer care team, they recommend using the gel pad version of innovo as they mould themselves to your skin. Once I greed to this, they arrived within a couple of days at no cost to me. I must say they are excellent. They feel very secure and work with the original controller. I can now keep on top of the massive amount of progress I have made. Before beginning the programme I was so embarrassed as I was leaking when I walking. Even though no-one could see I could feel it. By the end of the programme I am leak free most days. Now I am using the gel pad version a couple of times a week to help maintain my massive amount of progress. Would I recommend Innovo, I definitely would. Any progress is a bonus!

The innovo shorts are amazing! I must admit I was skeptical but also in desperate need of a solution!! I noticed a difference after only wearing them for 30 minutes x 3 days - they are expensive but they work so would definitely recommend them!!

It is early days (first week) but I would say that I can already feel Innovo is making a difference to, what for me, had become a chronic problem. It is very simple to use.

Ordering and delivery was great. The Innovo pants, however, exceeded all my expectations within a week. My pelvic floor muscles feel like they are 20 years younger already, but I did push myself as I wanted quick results. I was on 70 the first day, 80 the second and then 90 on the third. I’ve had a break for a couple of days, but am now back on 110 as of today. I had two consecutive sessions a couple of days too. Thank you Innovo.

I've only used it three times since I received last Thursday. i read up on the item the started on a monday so the weeks were easy to track. I called and wrote customer service about some minor issues i didn't understand and they were very helpful. My biggest concern is being gentle with the pants and wires, etc. so nothing breaks. I not sure how fragile the device is. so far so good. Too early to tell if it works. My doctors aren't very supportive in America. They all have their own remedies which are usually surgeries.
