Its an Xmas present so don't know how it works yet

Innovo is great! I was skeptical at first after about 5 days of using it I have noticed a slight difference in my bladder I can't wait to continue using it and I believe it will solve my problem

Update: After posting the review, Innovo reached out to me through both voice mail and email. (The phone call comes from Ireland, so being in the USA, I did not answer because I thought it was spam.) My issue with charging is that the door over the charging plug does not open as easily as the door on the other side. At a minimum, the customer service response was quick and professional. Original Post: I find charging the the device very difficult. Getting the charging plug into the socket on the device much to challenging and requires to much force. I have only managed to charge the device once in the time I have owned it. At least ever other session, the power connector throws errors and beeps, but provides no codes or information that can be used to determine what is wrong. Moving the device tends to get it reset. The device does not remember power settings, so each time is spent each session increasing the intensity thru to the proper setting for me. I have not owned the device or had enough sessions to determine if it actually helps alleviate the symptoms.

Delivery was prompt. I currently have out of town guests and have not, as of yet, been able to evaluate.

I received my Innovo very quickly They were too big so i got a smaller replacement immediately As i was between sizes these didn't suit either so the Innovo team have sent me a different style Generation 1 pair So far the service from the Innovo team has been excellent I will let you know how I get on with my new Innovo Regina

Their customer service is one of the best! I am 70 years of age and needed some technical help and was so happy with their service. I spoke with my doctor about the device before I ordered and she approved it. Medicare would not cover the expense of helping the bladder leakage so I am very excited to using this device and using a natural way of fixing the problem.

Quick delivery and well packaged, this is just my second day of using and am hopeful this will help my pelvic floor. When you do pelvic floor exercises at home I wasn’t sure I was doing them properly, at least with these shorts you can feel the difference. The only thing I didn’t expect was the shorts to be wet when you put them on, should they be or are you supposed to spray them and let dry before wearing, can’t see anything in the instructions about them being wet.
