My wife is just starting out with the equipment. The set up is well explained and the unit is easy to use.

I noticed a difference within one week. After a couple of weeks, the shorts failed to work.I called Customer Service, who sent me a new pair, within a couple of days, and these work well. Excellent service, and I'm really enjoying the feeling of being able to go out, and not worry:)

I ordered online with ease and received my starter shorts pack very quickly. Unfortunately I was right on the borderline with my measurements and the shorts I ordered were far too big for me. (I seem to have small thighs for the size of my buttocks!). I emailed and received a very quick response resulting in me receiving the next size down shorts within a few days! Great customer service and communication. Clear instructions in the manual and lots of helpful tips online as well as chat and contact options for support. I am nearly at the end of my 12 weeks and the difference is remarkable. I suffered from stress incontinence and it has already reduced by 90%. I am hoping for further improvement in the coming months fingers crossed.

The INNOVO really does WORK. It's well worth the money! I saw improvement in the first two weeks of use. If you follow the directions, and remain consistent, it does exactly what it's meant to do. I've gone from using level 4 and 5 pads, to a light liner...and probably don't even need that now! My results are measurable and life changing. I HIGHLY recommend the INNOVO.
