Getting so stressed about not being able to be naked without pads at the age of 50. My partner bought these pants for me and said just try them ! I was sceptical but then after 4 weeks bingo...my urge to go before I got to the toilet stopped! Wow! How wonderful are these pants! I do stay completely still when wearing them as they can stop and start with error messages otherwise. Plus I get to lie down and watch half an hour of my fave TV programme, Its a win win!

I ordered replacements gel pads from online site, site was easy to navigate. Item as quickly dispatched and arrived quickly.

Great Company I give Innovo a 5 star because I contacted the company by phone and explain that the shorts were to big and my innovo were not working. And a replacement size smaller was send that should be here Wednesday. I would definitely purchase from company again. Looking forward to giving product review after 12 weeks.

I ordered my appliance just before Christmas and it arrived within a few days. It didn’t seem to be working as I thought it should, so I rang the free Helpline and after talking to two very helpful ladies we decided that I had probably ordered the wrong size. A replacement arrived 2 days later and is working beautifully. I cannot fault their customer service.

Thanks to Mary for making my customer support experience so positive. My new Innovo shorts were the wrong size, despite following instructions for measuring. She worked with me to get me the right one and mailed it immediately. #grateful.

This is helping me sooo much better. Then other exercise I have use. Finally something that works. The only thing I can say bad about it is it's sooo expensive. Maybe offer a coupon more often instead of around the holidays. Thanks for a product that works.
