I read all the reviews after I received my shorts. I’m on my second pair of shorts and I’ve only used those for a week and I’m getting all the error signals like everyone else did. My first pair only lasted 2 1/2 weeks and I had to send those back before they would send me a new pair which took over a week and a half. I had to call them because I hadn’t received them and they hadn’t even left the factory yet, then I finally receive them a few days later. (time lost in the use) It was really working for me too, I felt my pelvic muscles really working. After the first week I could definitely feel the difference, I wasn’t running to the bathroom all the time. I have gotten some electrical shocks as well and turn it down quickly. I am on the smallest size shorts and they just stretch out. I’m in position number two sitting and that’s where I get the most out of my pelvic muscles. I’m up to 71 on the controller. I will be calling them Monday to see if they will send me another pair of shorts and I will try doing it standing without stretching out the shorts. They did offer me the leg bands but I want the shorts, that’s what I paid for. After reading everyone else’s reviews I don’t have high hopes to these continuing to work, to bad as they do work! For the amount of money that I paid them and everyone else I think they should know by now that there’s a problem with the short stretching out, and you would think that they would’ve corrected the issue by now.

I've been using the Innovo shorts for over 10 weeks, at the max setting for my size. There has been some improvement but it doesn't compare to pelvic floor exercises (not just Kegels). It's also less convenient than intra-vaginal devices because you can't walk around. Putting on the shorts is unpleasant--they're very clammy due to the spray. In southern Florida, it's ok but if I lived in a colder climate, no way. Save yourself a lot of money and buy the spray from Amazon. (Spectra 360 Signa Spray, Electrode Solution & Skin Prep $6.38 for 8oz vs $25 from Innovo) One pair of shorts failed: a sensor went out, so they had to be replaced, that was a nuisance.

I tried two different sizes of the shorts. Neither one worked after the first week. Innovo was kind enough to send their leg wraps to me. The leg wraps are much better than the shorts. I rated a three only because the shorts didn’t work for me, however, the leg wraps I would give five stars!

I am having the exact same issues that everyone else seems to have. It works great in the beginning and then you have to go crazy to get it to work. I keep getting the same error messages. Take the shorts off respray and sometimes it works for a second or two and then back to error messages. I am planning on reaching out tomorrow(it is Sunday) to see about exchanging the shorts. I would hope that they would repace them free of charge since I see that this is a pretty consistent problem. I feel that it is helping but since I have only had them since then end of January. That being said problems and it has only been 3 weeks.

I have seen a definite improvement. I have been using for about 2-3 months regularly (when the shorts are working). There is an initial mild shocking sensation but subsides after a few minutes. I just make sure to spray an ample amount of the contact spray on the short contact pads. Once the shorts are activated, it feels like contractions but not too bad (I use level 57 which is a little higher than the recommended setting for size 6 shorts). The shorts do not work more than 3-4 weeks, which is extremely disappointing. Innovo replaced my first pair without charging me and now 3 weeks later those shorts do not work and it’s the same exact error (error code is 3!). I will contact Innovo today regarding the 2nd pair of shorts.

I’m about 2-3 weeks into this Innovo experience. Might be helping some. However, getting it to work consistently is a struggle. I have to constantly fiddle with position, connections for it to work. It puts out error #s a lot. Will continue though

I am not happy with the product. I made be returning it.
