Sadly it only worked for 2 days and by day 3 electrode #6 would not cooperate. I removed shorts and re-sprayed per instructions 4 different times and still could not get it to work. The next day I called customer service. The lady I spoke to was terrific, professional and understanding of the situation. She determined the size of the shorts was not correct and would ship out another pair. Expected date of arrival within 3-5 business days. It’s been 7 days and no shorts! Once I receive the correct size of shorts, my rating will be higher. My suggestion is to call customer service before you buy the kit to ensure you purchase the correct size. It’s that important.

My device stopped working after the first week.

After using my innovo for 5 weeks, the #4 & #7 electrodes just started to come up consistently, then #4 panel started to act strangely - #4 started stinging me with really harsh electric shocks a week before, to the point where I would have to stop & disconnect the controller, pull off the shorts, the next day there was some bruising a black & blue spot in that area. Then the controller kept coming up with issues on #4 panel & no matter how many times I stopped resprayed chose a different sitting or standing position, the controller which was fully charged would not allow the exercise to move forward #4 would be always listed in the controller window, it would not let me proceed. Before #4 electrode completely went out on me, I have always followed the instructions using 3-4 sprays per panel & have used up about 2/3 of the Spray bottle. I even tried delicately hand washing the shorts carefully making sure the connector ports were not near the water to see if washing would remove spray or sweat buildup, recharged my controller, started & resprayed twice and finally gave up…I think my shorts are just done! Something is seriously wrong with panel #4? Wow was not expecting this to go bad or die out this quickly! Never fully completed this treatment or got to see if it really stopped my leaks or did anything!

Although I am sure the technology works and customer service has been responsive, I am on my third pair of shorts because one of the pads seems to fail after only a month or two of use. The first pair I received were too loose on the leg despite taking accurate measurements. However, I wore my running shorts over them and that kept the pads in contact with my skin. However, one electrode started to sting painfully. The second pants I was sent was a size smaller and fit better but the one pad stinging happened again (different number pad) with the replacement pair I was sent after not much use again. Considering how much the kit costs, I don't think this is acceptable. I am now on my third pair of shorts, I have hardly got to use the product and have been told I will have to pay for the next pair of shorts.

I trained to do Pelvic Floor exercises with a therapist and I know what they feel like when done properly. I have not felt that sensation with your shorts. I have been able to get my buttocks to tense, but at a higher setting than is recommended. I have been using INNOVO for five days and will continue to try, since I theoretically, it is a great idea.

I have been desperate for this to work. But from the start I had issues. Either getting randomly shocked in the thigh or butt or the unit would not start and each time the same error codes appeared. I even sprayed the shorts at least 10 times with the contact spray. For the next month the customer service staff (who have been great) replaced my shorts twice (even trying a different size once), the lead wires and finally a whole new unit to try to solve my issues. Yet within the first few days with a brand new unit I again began getting randomly shocked in my butt. They seem to have a quality control issue. I found that if I hold the affected area after the initial shock (and every treatment has been affected) I can get through each session without getting any more shocks. However, I am afraid every time I begin a treatment that it will happen. I can’t wait until the next 3 1/2 weeks are over and hope that what I have gone through is worth it because I have began noticing a difference. I just hope that everyone else has better luck than I have.

I have yet to get started as my machine is flashing a warning light so thankful won't turn on and there was not customer support over weekend and have not had time during hours listed to contact. Problems were not covered by any you tube video no trouble shooting. So we'll see

I only give this rating because I ordered Innovo and was greatly looking forward to curing my incontinence only to find out I couldn't use it because I have artificial metal hips. I don't recall seeing any cautions in the advert or description of this product that would have informed me of this before I ordered. Sadly, had to send it back.
