I’m on my third week and have been consistent with using my INNOVO as clearly described in the instruction booklet. It’s not exactly comfortable, but not too uncomfortable either, particularly when I keep my vision of the freedom it will restore to my life. Most importantly, I can already feel new muscle building where there was once atrophy spreading. More recently, coughing has not unleashed a stream, only a trickle. Looking forward to complete healing. There is no way I could have exercised this muscle as efficiently without Innovo.

My Innovo arrived a few days late from Fed Ex but when it got here, I was impressed. It was delivered in a nice, beautiful white and teal box with a complete booklet for instruction, as well as a quick set up guide. I was able to read and understand the program with ease. I set up the controller to charge...usually takes 5 hours . I have no real questions or hesitations after reading and familiarizing myself with how the program works. I will be excited tomorrow to start my first of 12 weeks to hopefully a much better way of life, then the one I have been living since 2013...It is definelty worth trying...my physician had pretty much written me off as someone that just can't deal with this incontinence...well maybe in 12 weeks... I can tell her I have had a cure...from My Innovo!

So, I'm 3 days in on this health project & am thrilled that I heard about this product. It works exactly as described & I can't wait to see my results as I go along.

I am now on week five and I have noticed a decrease of urinary leakage, and the time has increased between bathroom visits as well. Daily sessions are a must -- don't skip days. I've been doing the full 30 minute sessions without the 5 days on/2 days off without any muscle fatigue. I increased the intensity each day. Now over 100+. Also, wearing a thong is a must, improving the comfort level immensely. I found that I have to use the spray generously -- the four or five squirts per electrode isn't enough. Too many contact failures. If the electrodes are thoroughly wet, then the session will go the entire 30 minutes without being interrupted by the fault alarm. Otherwise, you have to remove the shorts and respray the electrodes. Also, when putting on the shorts, a single even pull from the sides of the waistband, without trying to adjust the position is best. Any adjustment movement reduces skin contact. I am researching the availability of the electrode spray in larger quantities, a bottle that could refill the INNOVO provided sprayer? My treatment regimen continues -- with updates to follow.

Great service and very accessible and helpful advice about the product provided by the INNOVO team. The product is very easy to use. It takes a little while to get used to the intensity levels but I am impressed by how it works and am confident of effective results.
