They were very nice about my returning the product, and I await the refund. I didn't open anything and just read the pamphlet and realized it wasn't what I needed.

I received great customer service, The shorts needed to be sized down and they were received within the week. The larger ones did not deliver the correct service. The customer service person was very interested and suggested the correct size, which resolved the problem. I appreciate it, thank you.
