I have been dealing with pelvic floor issues for 10 years. I did therapy for a short time then resorted to surgery. After 10 years the issues returned. I was back to daily exercises having good results some days and other days feeling like nothing I did helped. Then I heard about the Innovo therapy. I am starting week 3 and am so excited about the therapy. It was just what I needed to take my kegel exercises up a notch. I call them my “magic shorts”. I did contact customer service and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Positive so far. Only been using for a couple of weeks but already am noticing improvements. The product and packaging is good quality and the instructions are easy to follow.

I am seeing results and this is the end of week one!

I had a problem with the front patches in that they didn't connect when I was standing. I explained this to the lovely lady I spoke to and she said she would sent the shorts in the next size down for me to try. She was so helpful and it is great to be able to speak to a person.

It works! I have had it for 18 months. You have to 100% keep to the guidance (for me x3/week), for the full recommended period. At first I had some success in the first month but was a little sporadic on keeping to it. I noticed an improvement but it didn't solve the issue (for me, some urge incontinence for 10+ years which had more recently got a lot worse and my GP suggested drugs to control). I then came back to it, determined to keep exactly to the instructions and a few months later I can report sleeping through the night for the first time in years and not having to visit the loo frequently at work, which was embarrassing and disruptive. Keep with it/thoroughly recommended! Now following maintenance sessions twice a week. Best wishes. Mark
