The instruction manual didn’t match the shorts, dotted line or label not on my shorts. Other than that the process and use is pretty easy.

Have had my shorts 3 months. Used them 6 days a week at level 120. I have a prolaped bladder . Leaks are slightly better, certainly no worse. I'm sure that if the only problem was a weak pelvic floor, the shorts would work better.

I have had about 95% improvement! I am happy with results, it is a time commitment of 5 times a week for 30 minutes for 12 weeks. Plus 1 to 2 times a week after the 12 weeks. If you are not prepared to give this 100% dedication, don’t invest your money.

My only frustration with this product is that twice something has malfunctioned and I’ve had to call and wait for replacements to arrive which means several days of not being able to use the product. I will say that both times I called my issue was resolved and the replacement was sent as soon as I returned the defective part. I just don’t like that the product is so fragile that something easily goes wrong.

I am currently using Innovo. I called the customer service number because I kept getting error codes. I was told the shorts should fit like a regular pair of shorts. However, in the pamphlet that comes in the kit, it say they should fit like bike shorts.

I am just finishing week 15. I have noticed an improvement, but not complete relief. I am having trouble entering the number of strength. I keep getting an error message for the past few weeks. I am now recharging after each use. That seems to help.

Excellent fast service and easy to use website. Still doing the 12 week programme and seeing good results already. Go for the smaller sized pants as they do stretch and you need a tight fit to get good contact for the thing to work.

Innova has very generously helped me NUMEROUS times to accommodate me with my issues! Now, they have even offered to send me an alternative short! A very conscientious company...
