I am on my second pair of shorts and…
I am on my second pair of shorts and both shorts failed about 8 weeks in. The first time I worked with customer service and my shorts were replaced. I have not called them this time. I can’t afford to buy another pair right now so this is disappointing.

Disappointed the INNOVO system doesn't seem to be working for me..
I was so hopeful that this would help me to resolve my incontinence problem as I'm a pretty active Pet Therapy companion who makes a lot of visits. So this would be so beneficial --if it worked:(; I've been using INNOVO diligently for 8 weeks, but haven't noticed any improvement. I don't know if the shorts are too large--i entered my measurements and the system came up with the recommended size. I do feel that perhaps they are not applying the proper pressure to get the muscles contracting as they should. Just so disappointed... UPDATE: I was contacted by an INNOVO representative within 24 hrs; we discussed the issue I was having & felt that it could be resolved with being downsized; I should have my replacement shorts within the next 3-5 days. I am cautiously optimistic that this adjustment is going to make a difference & will update my review accordingly within the next 6-8 wks. Thank you INNOVO for your 5 star service!!!

The machine has not been working like it suppose to do …
The machine has been working well but every time I use it lately. I can’t finish my session. Because it blinks and a strange code comes up that is not listed in the book. So I only get in about 5 minutes and it acts up. I have enjoyed using it when it works like it is suppose to. But disappointed in it now. So I guess it was a waste of my money.

Ok for some, but didn't help me.
At first I thought it was working, but after using settings of 80 to 85 for weeks, I still have stress incontinence, and leak at night. It has helped some, since I have gone from a nighttime pad to a 4 at night, and from a 6 to a 3 pad during the day.

Save your money
It works. But it only works for 3 weeks at the most. Then you see the dreaded triangle with exclamation point. Just before you reach that point. You get 1 really powerful shock down your right leg and then it won't work after that. I will say customer service was helpful and sent me another pair of pants. I got the pants and 2 weeks later, the same thing happened. It really sucks because it really does work. If it didn't stop working, you would see results.

Little improvement overall
While the customer service was very good. I had problems with the shorts not fitting properly and therefore shocking me. I was given a set of wraps instead. They do the same thing, but are not easy to put on correctly. Overall, I used the product for several months and have had very little improvement in leaking.

I was somewhat satisfied after the first 3 months, I still needed to rush to the bathroom and had to wear a panty liner. That being said customer service was excellent and was able to get a refund. Very satisfied with the company. Thank you!

Is the device working properly?
I've used the device for 16 times and am up to 90. The shorts have 8 pads but I only feel tingling from pads 3 and 7, not any of the other pads. I contacted Innovo, Claire, said I should only feel anything from these pads. If this is the case why have 8 pads with wires going to each and they don't do anything? Are my shorts defective?

Hi there Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. From reading your review it sounds like your Innovo is working as it should. When you start using Innovo you will feel the contraction in your buttocks initially but as you increase the intensity level you will start to feel the contraction move to front and then you will experience a "squeezing," "tightening," and or "lifting" between your legs as your pelvic floor contracts. It's still early days-keep going! In relation to the question around the other electrodes, these electrodes are working exactly as they should, its the multi path technology working and using various ways and “paths,” to deliver the technology and ultimately targeting your pelvic floor.
