First week using it. I have tried to contact you but no response. I found it takes so long to adjust the electrodes to get the pelvic floor response. I may have an incorrect size?

Well for $450 I ordered it being a seamstress took my current measurements ordered it accordingly didn't work it came too big didn't touch my skin and having owned a TENS unit for my arm I understand how it works I read the instruction book didn't work only one of the electrodes touched so I knew it wasn't going to work I shipped it off to a friend that's a little bit larger but it wasn't large enough for her so I found it to be a total waste of my money your replacement sprays and stuff are a little on the pricey side but I'm getting the same results using my TENS unit and just placing it in different places for a few minutes and with the TENS unit I can move around

I am very Leary to us this because it has caused cramping each time. Also, the electric currents shock cause painful shocking sensations.

I’m sorry to have to give a negative report. I have had my product since May 2022. Started to use it in June. It worked for two weeks then started getting electrode problems. I tried all of the things listed to do. My shorts were size med. I was told they were probably too small and sent a large pair. Those worked about two sessions and then had the same problems. I just kept trying but to no avail. I called customer service and Clair thought that The leg wraps would work. I have been waiting a month for them. Have called three times and was told that they would be sent tight away. Was told that they were having trouble getting them from the factory. I really want this program to work. Hopefully I will get a chance to give you a better review when I get the leg wraps as promised. The customer service has been very polite and pleasant. “Can’t shoot the messenger” Mary Hughes

I recently wrote a review about Innovo. It was published and Christina replied. I fail to understand the comment she made that Innovo isn’t suitable for all body types. I am a standard size 14 and it doesn’t explain why some shorts have lasted several months and some only a couple of weeks. Surely this proves the fault is with some of the shorts I’ve been sent as my body shape has remained the same. Also my allergy to the gel to use with the garment wasn’t addressed. Christina says she has referred my problem to the relevant department. I very much doubt I will hear from them but I will let Trust Pilot know what they say if I do get a satisfactory reply. Their comments may help other users.

Didn't work, no feeling as described, emailed support, told they would strengthen muscles and then I'd feel sensation, kept trying, stopped working, numerous faults, shock to my right leg, contacted support told me to ring them when wearing them, don't want to get shocks so back to kegel, that works

I bought these with hope that they would help my situation, even though I couldn't really afford them. I had problems with the connections and error messages, but my biggest gripe was putting wet and cold rubber next to bare skin! Ugh! I had to steel myself to put them on! This didn't encourage me to use them so after 4 weeks, I sold them on Ebay 🙂. Such a shame and I appreciate that others may not find putting the shorts on unpleasant, perhaps it's just me. I was glad to see the back of them despite selling for a fraction of the cost. I saw no improvement whatsoever but maybe after 4 weeks, that's to be expected. Anyway I am researching other less expensive options and learning towards 5 mins per day with a discrete Kegal Smart. Good luck to those of you still persevering and wish me luck!

I originally purchased the size 7 shorts after measuring myself, they worked for a little bit, then didn't. I called, was told to measure myself, did that & was told I was in between a size 6 & 7. They sent the size 6 out. Worked for a a week or so, without thinking I took a step while doing my treatment I received a SHOCK. I had less than 10 minutes to finish. The next time I tried to use it it gave me error triangular with numbers that indicated it was in the back. At first I thought it was not making contact, so I sprayed again, & again. I gave up & called, was told to take pictures of myself wearing the shorts. I did that on October 24th & sent those to the info email. I am STILL waiting on any response. I just tried to call, called 3 separate times, on hold then was prompted to leave my number, hung up on. I gave used them less than 30 times. They are effective when they work.
