I have used this product for a week now and I can see a difference. The first wear was a little surprising but I have gotten used to the feeling. Only thing I don't like is the wet spray needed.for skin connection but it's ok I know it will be worth it.

Four weeks into my programme my shorts stopped transmitting the electrical impulses. I called the 0800 number and Marina walked me through several checks before agreeing that Innovo should replace the faulty equipment. Marina made the whole process easy to follow and was able to make a quick decision and then act to sort my replacement shorts as quickly as possible. Great follow up service and well trained staff who do what they say they will do. Thank you Marina, and thank you Innovo.

Good experience first time I used it. After two day use I stopped for two days due to low back pain from chronic sciatica. I just need to get used to it more slowly due to my age.

I made a mistake on size when I ordered from Innova so was a bit anxious when I rang to ask if I could exchange to a smaller size. I needn't have worried! I had an online chat with "Ellen" who responded quickly, clarified my size, then address, and to my delight confirmed she would send a replacement. For this excellent service there was no charge. I am SO impressed with such excellent customer service and now fully expect the results on my pelvic floor to be equally outstanding! Highly recommend this company.

I started using my innovo with an open mind, I had warning signs on the controller on using the shorts, I realised the pads on my legs weren’t in proper contact with my skin , having thin legs has its downsides, I gently tied thin scarves around my legs, result, no more warning signs, I’m about to start my third week using innovo shorts, the sensation is odd, but I soon got used to it, one thing I found when putting the shorts on, the spray is so cold, it’s a bit of a shock to the system. I pull them on quickly, I shall continue with innovo for the recommended 12 weeks , it’s become part of my evening routine, I’m looking forward to completing the course, my bladder problem isn’t too bad, I’m hoping to correct it before it deteriorates further. I can’t say if it’s worked yet, as I’m only a short way into my innovo journey, Jane Lincoln
