I can't comment on the effectiveness of the shorts yet, still early days. The customer service however was excellent. I thought I might need a smaller size and sent a message to that effect. I got an immediate reply saying remove the tags, give them a try, if an error message appeared they would replace the shorts. As it happens they work perfectly. Certainly feels as if they're doing something. Here's hoping.

Product and instructions arrived promptly. When i had trouble in the beginning the help line was really helpful. Solved my problem in less than 5 minutes. I’ve only been using for about ten days so I’m not sure of the effectiveness yet. The stimulation is not unpleasant. I am using it at level 76 now and the contractions of the pelvic floor are very strong. I hope I will have excellent results at twelve weeks.

While I have just begun to use my Innovo,I have had two excellent customer service experiences already! When my kit first arrived, I had a stomach bug. I was concerned about the 30 day return time frame. I called customer care. They made a notation on my account, and said to give a call when I was ready to start. I did that today. I spoke with Emma. She walked me through setting up my Innovo. So patient, professional, personable, helpful! I am very hopeful this product will work for me.
