Ten days of use has resulted in decreased urgency and frequency and a great sense of relaxation in my lower body. Support has been great.

Had to call customer service to see if I was having the correct experience and the rep gave me a quick overview and explained the progress. I am optimistic about results.

Unfortunately after I ordered the device, I found that my hip replacements made me unable to use it. They were very helpful in helping me return it and issued a refund quickly. It sounds like a great device and I wish I was able to use it. I think the list of contraindications could have been made more readily available but once I found it, they were helpful. So I am giving 5 stars to the people I had contact with and the ease of the return.

I start my 3rd week next week , things seem to be going okay for me but it is early days , thanks for the help when I phoned up .

Delivery was excellent.

My Innovo arrived promptly and I got started right away on the same day. A very strange sensation to start with but I slowly increased the intensity and was surprised at how quickly I got used to it. Have been using for two weeks now (with Saturday and Sunday off) I actually really enjoy it. Am up to 70 on the intensity now. Have got it off to a fine art now with my legs over two fat pillows on top of each other and a cushion to prop up my iPad! Time goes much quicker if you’re occupied! Really pleased so far and excited to see some results, hopefully in a month or so.
